I had the best experience with Manpreet and Lisa. I’m so happy with my new haircut❤️ Manpreet takes his time and he is detail oriented. I showed him a photo inspiration for my haircut and it’s the best one I’ve ever had for years! I will definitely go back here after few months. I recommend this place for everyone. It’s clean and relaxing, definitely worth it! Good price and best service.** Update for my second haircut **I went back after few months. I got assigned to someone and unfortunately, I was worried the whole time. When I showed the picture like before, she told me all she hope is that it will went well (her cutting my hair). She also told me she’s very confused cutting my hair and that she’s worried. As a client, it’s very concerning at my end. I really hope she trusted herself and be more confident about her skills. I am glad Amanda (instructor) was there. I really appreciate her getting her curling iron from her car even it’s very cold outside. The haircut took 3 hours and i’m not satisfied for this one. I get that she has room to grow and I admire her effort. I love the place and the people are welcoming. I think it’s just a hit or miss. I love my haircut before and I guess this time is a miss.I will still come back and hope it will be better next time:)

I have multiple allergies and a susceptible scalp, and I was surprised to see that none of your products caused any reactions. I have received numerous compliments from my family and friends on my new look.I also want to applaud the instructors dedicated to nurturing the new generation of hairstylists. I like this place a lot. I've been here a couple of times. I find I always have a great experience. It feels nice to be able to help students learn along their hair education journey and the instructors are always there to guide them. I have always been happy with the results. Do keep in mind that a regular hair cut will take longer than it would at an ordinary salon. Bring your patience! But also it will be worth it.

I went in a couple of days ago to get a haircut. My normal hair lady was out of town so I figured I'd try something new this time. The customer service was great. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. I won't lie, I was very scared at the idea of a student cutting my hair, but Damian did such an amazing job! I could tell he was a little nervous at first but he was so sweet and I'm extremely happy with the results. Overall, I had a really great experience.

Los was amazing! He took his time, was very caring with my hair and gave me the cut I wanted. He did this cut better than the previous hairstylists I've had over the years. One of the best salon experiences I've had.The teachers were also very attentive and informative. They did a great job at guiding and explaining how to do things correctly and professionally.

Winston and Los took great care of me when I got a haircut there. They were skilled, attentive, and built a great rapport with during my appointment.The Instructors were also informative and considerate about the limited time that I had during my appointment. They did a fantastic job at guiding the stylists with how to handle my hair.

I went to Eikonic as a hair model for Winston and his assistant Jay. They delivered amazing service and really went above and beyond. They colour corrected my previous hair, toned and lightened my hair, and did some chunky highlights with fashion colours as I requested and it came out perfect. They also supplied me food and amazing conversations during the service❤️ 10/10 would def come again.

Very friendly staff, can’t thank Martin enough for providing me with YS park combs that last a lifetime, Mizutani shears that hold their edge and sharpness for years, and quality sharpening services that last for years as well! Thank you for the great customer service and respect over the years. I will always find great shears and good company here at Eikonic!
