Initially, I had a good experience. Until I returned with another repair, and a small question regarding my first repair.On the first visit, I had the back glass replaced. I broke it again, so returned to have it fixed again.After the first repair, I noticed my earpiece speaker was off; it sounded louder from the back of the phone, rather than the actual earpiece.The staff was quite rude on my second visit, to the point of laughing at my query, saying there was nothing wrong, and subsequently quoting me almost twice the amount I paid for the first repair.Needless to say I left, and cannot in good faith recommend them now.

The technician in this store is very nice. I visited multiple times. If he is not sure, he won't try it. He cares for his customer's time and money. Also very good for price. I recommend anyone to visit this store before going to other very expensive stores.

I bought a cell phone for $150 in late may 2022 and they sold me an LG and when I got back home a couple hours out of the city, the phone stopped working properly, and I quickly learned the battery was broken. I do not recommend buying any technology from this place, it is a rip off and waste of money, and I will be getting my refund as soon as I get back to the city, if they give it to me.

Replaced screen. During the repair, they damaged the speaker and had dead pixels on the screen. After returning to the store three times to repair the speaker they had damaged, they were unable to return my phone to working order. Despite offering warranty, when I asked to be refunded, they refused a refund or any restitution.
