Top Notch Auto Sales II

Was here today looking for a new vehicle to buy. We took a couple for a test drive and the vehicles that we did drive, there were some things that we just didn't like about them but that's not the fault of the establishment. They have a wide selection of vehicles and my mother recently purchased one here as well and she has nothing but good things to say about them.I was very pleased with the quality of the customer service and although they didn't have something on the lot that I was comfortable in, they have something coming in a day or two that I will be returning to see.Because we are here in the valley it is sometimes quite hard to get honest sales people and good customer service. I am pleased to report that I found my salesman to be quite honest and very helpful.

They have a good, varied seIection of vehicles. I bought a 2017 CX3 from TopNotch in March. Purchase and financing went smoothly.I did have a couple of issues/concerns after purchase but I have say they were promptly resolvedwithout any hassle.I had worked in the car service industry for 25+ years and was quite pleased to see that the owner of this dealership takes pride in providing a great customer service experience.I would highly recommend this dealership.

Worked hard to sell me a vehicle that ran great for 1 week now sits in driveway with terrible engine noiseTalked to 2 local mechanics as well as had codes read at the mitsubishi dealer said no codes came up , should of waited the week for the toyota dealer appointment ,or moved on , first mechanic a few doors down i think tryed to warn us about this place when he talked about how some used dealers had ways of erasing codes , dont believe anythingnot to be trusted , no garentee , no soul ,

They gave me a fair deal on my trade (better than anywhere else I looked) and were very professional, personable, and real. Thank you to the team at Top Notch! You guys rock!

Bought a KIA Optima EX here last June 2017. Vehicle was in excellent condition and the sales folks were easy to deal with; a no pressure, no hassle purchase. The KIA continues to perform perfectly. Top Notch II are highly recommended.And now (January 12, 2018) we have just purchased an additional vehicle; a Honda CR-V EX-L which was in fantastic condition. Once again, the sales staff were both helpful and accommodating. Again, highly recommended!

I had a very bad taste experience with Top notch used cars centre. I don’t believe they are a good reflection of the Canadian business culture anyone genuinely looking to buy a car should associate with. Such company are high risk to the society and business community cos they lack integrity and openness.

Test drove an AS IS Element and had it looked at by pro, rotten frame. Tested 2017 Subaru with 158,000kms to negotiate $, 'D@v€the boss' mansplained" why he wouldn't budge on $ because he's been selling for years... Walked out to spend my money eleswhere. Sales reps were nice."
