Great help for what you want

Went into Kaycan to match up some previous siding I had, not knowing were it was originally from. I was very pleasantly greeted at the front desk by a young woman who's name i did not know, but she sits at the closet desk directly in front of the counter. Without any hesitation she found the matching siding along with the product number and colour for me, as they do not sell directly to the public, she directed me to were i could place the order and said that i would need to come back to Kaycan to pick up the siding. I did not compliment her on her professionalism and customer service, i didnt realize until i was back in my truck on the road as to how seamless this all was and thought that I should have thanked her for great customer service. Hence the review. This was only 10 single pieces of siding i needed, not 10 boxes, yet, thanks to this young woman, it didnt matter to her how big the order was, I was treated with respect, which I find rare these days. Thank You.

I've been picking up materials for a few years in this place，pretty awesome staff, very quick and helpful. But not for public only for contractors.

We are moving to New Brunswick from Ontario and virtually building a home. Kaycan is our builders choice and we were unable to find local samples. Kaycan responded to my Facebook messages and went above and beyond to ensure we received samples. Thank you!!

The service from the office staff and warehouse are great.
