Climat Ideal

I called Climat Idéal after seeing one of their trucks on the street next to my place. I was in serious need of a cleaning for my wall mounted AC unit as it barely cooled anymore and was visually very dirty inside. I also was hoping to get it done quickly before the Montreal summer heat hit us.Spoke to Tom on the phone who was very courteous and professional. He was able to send me someone for the following day. George then came over who was also very friendly and professional. He got to work right away and showed me what he was doing as he was doing it. He worked meticulously and efficiently, about an hour and a half later, my unit was like new. All the gunk and mold that had accumulated was completely gone and it cooled my condo much better.I Highly recommend these guys!!

Tom was very professional, helpful and thorough. We had an issue with cold air blowing very low pressure from our apartment AC unit and not only did he help solve the problem but he made sure I knew how to do maintenance on a continual basis. Climat Ideal was amazing! I called them for a repair of my HVAC air conditioner and they not only came on the same day but Tom from the company was able to fix the problem. Although my system was older, he didn’t suggest buying a new unit like other companies did over the phone. Their prices are fair and the service was very professional.
