ORCA Pool and Spa Service

Mike with Orca Pool has been absolutely fantastic! A+Our above ground pool liner had been leaking due to multiple underwater patches, eventually.. the weak spot broke away and created a big mess draining the entire pool in less than 5mins. I called Mike and the next day, he was on our door step before his next scheduled job that morning. Mike inspected the damage and took the time to explain the different options to help me with my already very limited budget. I wanted to take on as much of the job myself, and Mike explained how i could so that, however, i couldn't risk making a costly mistake. I needed Mike's expertise to help me prep, install fit the liner, seals for the skimmer and Jet. I would've for sure messed ALL that up! Mike already had multiple jobs on the go, yet he still made the time and didn't cut corners or rush anything. Mike's a super friendly, honest and positive guy who was very fair with me, Mike is a master at his craft. I called Mike on the off chance he could fix our 25 year old soaker tub and he sleuthed the problem so quickly and repaired it immediately. He also offered excellent advice on our old plumbing and electric work. This man has many skills and is a joy to have in your home. Repairing a hottub requires only a professional hot tub repair man...its not a job for an electrician or a plumber or a handy guy....and there are fewer and fewer of them...orca repaired my dinosaur hottub... shes working just fine now thanks to the skill knowledge wisdom of a trained experienced true professional...it was wired backwards by a so called true professional that answered my ad for help wanted...mistake no 2 I didn't call this guy first...the braker went the next day...I told you it was a dinosaur and he came back fixed that and installed a new filter...very happy with the service and it doesn't hurt the repairman looked a little like an older George Clooney...not that that mattered but it certainly didn't hurt and I didn't mind....I would highly recommend this company for any hottub repairs you need doneThankyouSerina
