Icon is terrific. Marshall brings an amazing skill-set, fast response, and honest conduct. Icon doesn’t hold you to long term contracts you can’t get out of. They don’t need to do that, because they’ll give you no reason to switch providers. The service is night and day from other providers, and best of all our downtime has been greatly reduced since switched our monthly maintenance contract to Icon.I love these guys.

I can’t say enough great things about Icon Elevator. Marshall did an elevator modification on our 50 year old elevator. The process went very smoothly and we were provided with excellent service. They went above and beyond to help the residents in our seniors condo. Don’t use anybody but Icin for your elevator!
