My husband and I were in a tight spot because our car had been creamed by a deer. We went to Biscayne because they had the only used Chrysler Town & Country within 500 miles during peak Pandemic. The day after we took it home, the check engine light came on for the catalytic system: a $2000+ fix. They were unwilling to do anything to fix it and basically ghosted us. It remains, hands down, the single worst car-buying experience of my life. We ended up having to replace both the catalytic system AND transmission within six months of ownership. What a nightmare. Don’t buy from these guys unless you enjoy the feeling of being stranded on the side of the road often.

Awesome, painless buying experience!I’ve been burned before but it’s different here. The vehicle description in their ad along with detailed pics were spot on when I saw the car in person.(So many others are deceitful and your time is completely wasted)Charlie, the sales rep, was so helpful and friendly.He went out of his way to answer all my questions, explain everything, researched how to use the remote starter fob and quickly had a couple of very minor issues corrected.Kathryn got my loan application approved and I was driving away the next day! Nice lady!The vehicles, trucks are all detailed spotless!Jim, the owner, was very easy to chat with as well and if I could give a higher star rating, I would!I love my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan! Just picked up 2008 GMC Denali. XL....Jim, Charlie and Kat ( I forget her name)were awesome!! They are very professional and courteous. They took their time with us and were very patient. We will definitely be back and buy more vehicles from Jim and his Staff!! I would definitely recommend anyone to go there and buy a vehicle. The pictures of the truck I bought really didn't do any justice until I saw it in person and we were sold!! Go see Jim and his staff!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. On the drive home with my 2013 F-150 the driver behind me noticed the exhaust pipe bouncing around way too much and the tire pressure light came on as well. (This was less than 2 miles down the road) The weld from the exhaust pipe and hanger had come loose so I bought some exhaust repair parts and filled up the tire to the proper pressure. Then a couple days later the check engine light came on. This was due to a faulty oxygen sensor which I replaced ($75). Soon after this the tire pressure light came back on so I found the faulty tire, took it off and inspected it to find a screw stuck in the tire. Having the tire off I could now notice the dry rot and when I took the tire to get it fixed the garage refused to do it and for good reason. Upon closer inspection of the other tires they all had dry rot thus deeming them unreliable and unsafe for me, my family and anyone else on the road. Considering the fact that the vehicle did not come with a spare tire, and the one tire was completely flat without the screw holding in the air, I took the vehicle to the nearest shop to get new tires which cost me over $1200. Besides these issues I had to purchase a new key and fob as both the fobs I was provided with did not work. When I unlock my door manually with the key, the alarm goes off if I don't jump in the truck and unlock it in time. (key/fob = $140, program the fob = $60). Not to mention I drove off the lot with a meager quarter tank of gas and a filthy air cleaner. After complaining to Biscayne Auto they are not willing to help me in any way or form. Their reply repeatedly makes reference to the vehicle passing inspection which I'm sure it did. Maybe with a bit of their help, but nonetheless I'm sure it did. I am also aware that NYS inspections do not care about dry rot in the tires but I, (maybe not James Tuchrello) as a decent human care about the lives of my family and others.

This was the smoothest car-buying process I've ever had! Charlie was fantastic and was kind/helpful every step of the way.

Love these guys! Easy to work with and willing to do just about anything to make us happy. A small problem was taken care of almost immediately. I recommend these guys for a good vehicle and a good price.
