I love Bath & Body Works!! I can not just walk by it without going in. The staff is so friendly and I always find what I'm looking for. ❤️

Glad they have expanded their men's line of products, some nice colognes.

Always have some kind of awesome sale. I have become addicted to the candles. The staff are always super friendly.

Got a French put on my toes and it supposed to be either straight or curved .... I got both...looks funny. I did not notice in time. I've had ok pedicures in the past so I'm giving them an extra star for that.

Purchased a 1 wick candle and two hand sanitizers. The candle scent is Bkack Cherry Merlot and hand sanitizers are champagne toast and crisp morning air. I look forward to seeing how they smell when in use.

manager Alex and manager Ashley were fantastic and very nice people. She went out of her way to help me smell lip glosses. They truly care more about customer satisfaction than money.

horrible service. they need consider reevaluating their employees. specifically a women named taylor. very very rude. should not work in customer service.

I don't shop much anymore however I did go on their Black Friday sale this year. I hope I have the girl's name right that helped me Ali she was wonderful. I am handicapped and she went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. She also told the staff on my behalf to put away a ladder that tipped over on me and even moved a cart out of my way, top marks for customer service!When I told her I should not have come on such a busy day she said why not you have every right as anyone else. People who are able to move around freely have an easier time in the store due to how packed it is and cramped but she was excellent in helping me out. Also Amanda who checked me out was so friendly, so thank you to both of you for making my short outing as pleasant as it was.
