A great big THANK YOU to Logan, Bridget and the rest of the staff at Terry Graf Trucking.We were driving our new to us motorhome from Cranbrook back to Calgary through the Crowsnest Pass when we got a warning light on the dash and a high coolant temperature warning. Luckily this happened only about half a km from a safe and long roadside turnout. After stopping and shutting down a quick investigation revealed engine coolant leaking from the underside of the coach. I was pretty frustrated and annoyed and walked around the coach to look for any other leaks or damage.I looked literally across the highway from where we pulled off to see a huge sign that read Heavy Truck & Trailer Repair with an arrow pointing to a driveway on the other side of the highway.I phoned them at 4pm and 15 minutes later Logan arrived with some jugs of water to top off my coolant so a could drive it across the road to their shop. An hour and a half later the problem was located diagnosed and repaired, an engine preheat line had split at the fitting.The bill was fair and reasonable considering they all stayed well past closing time so we didn't have to overnight and wait until the next day.Thanks againDave and Diane Kingston

I am not very happy that they would charge 5 hours to change a tractor protection valve. They were only 23 KMS from the truck so even with an hour of travel time. It does not take 4 hours to change that valve. Their rate was $160.00 per hour which is justify for a call out. But to charge 4 hours to do a 1 hour job was ridiculous.

I'm the type that usually does his own wrench pulling.. but, when I need work done. I go to Terry. Honest work and catches things ya need in future as well while he works on your vehicle. Diesel as well. Like I needed pretty much from the turbo to the tail pipe of 4 inch pipe and it wasn't a issue.. I could even have gone 6 and he had it. Not mention his staff are spot on.

Its alright very unorganized employees are not in the right line of work for them manager is more friend then boss so work ain't fine quick
