Jason and Darlene are a great professional husband and wife team. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. They were extremely informative and helpful when we were planning my new kitchen. During the actual demolition, reconstruction and installation Jason did a fantastic job. He always left the area neat and tidy at the end of the day. His attention to detail was fantastic as was his excellent workmanship. Jason kept me updated as the reno went along. We had our kitchen and living room renovated in the fall of 2021. Jason and Darlene from Creative Kitchens did an outstanding job. We have since recommended them to friends of ours. The job was done in the time frame they promised and the only costs above the agreed upon budget were for additional things we asked for during the job. Jason was always willing to accommodate these requests. His work and that of his team is done to the highest standards. Jason is a perfectionist and if something wasn’t done to his liking, he would re-do the work. We were also pleasantly surprised with how tidy he left our house at the end of each work day. Darlene gave us excellent suggestions during the design process and was equally as accommodating with our requests. She always kept us up to date around scheduling and delivery dates of materials. We met with several potential candidates to renovate our kitchen. Since this was a huge endeavour, we did our research to ensure we were making the right choice. Jason and Darlene did a marvellous job renovating our main floor, primarily the kitchen. They helped us with the remodelling of it, offering excellent suggestions and were patient with us as we made minor changes to the design in order to customize it to our liking. They were helpful answering our questions as the job went through its various stages, including removing part of a wall, replacing flooring, installing cabinetry, changing location of the appliances requiring plumbing adjustments, building a new island, and numerous other items. We could not be happier with the results of our full kitchen and powder room renovation from Creative Kitchens. Working with Darlene and Jason was a fantastic experience, from the initial design stages right to the completed project. Darlene assisted us in choosing the perfect back splash tiles, floor tiles, countertop, and cabinet hardware. Any ideas we had that Darlene thought would not work, she explained to us why and it made perfect sense. Darlene and Jason designed the most functional and perfect kitchen for us. Jason managed the whole project from the old kitchen demolition right until the final detail was completed. The construction area was left clean at the end of each day. Our project was more then a kitchen renovation, it was very extensive including structural changes to walls, a step down to the kitchen and living room area. The final result to the whole project was flawless and beautiful. In 2011 we had Creative Kitchens renovate our kitchen and would highly recommend them.Darlene and Jason were very thorough in all phases of the project from the creation of the design, ordering of the material and actual removal of the old kitchen and construction of the new one. During design, they worked with us to ensure that the new kitchen would meet our needs as well as be feasible from a construction perspective.Jason and his team were wonderful during the demolition and construction. They strove for perfection in all details and worked through any issues that arose. They were very good at trying to keep the dust within the kitchen and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day.We still love our new kitchen. It is a pleasure to work in and we would highly recommend Creative Kitchens to anyone who is looking for a beautiful new kitchen.This year, when we decided to do a much needed renovation of our laundry room and powder room, we didn’t even consider anyone else. We just called in Darlene and Jason. Once again, they did a wonderful job. I cannot say enough about their workmanship, creativity, friendliness and professionalism. June 2020Last spring we had Creative Kitchens renovate our kitchen and our main floor. We are extremely happy with the end results. We highly recommend this company if you are thinking about getting a new kitchen.Our house was built in 1986 and our kitchen cabinets, back splash and flooring were more than outdated. We also had a few noticeable dips in our floor which we knew would be a concern. The problem with waiting so long to do a renovation was the need to find the right company. We needed a company that was trustworthy, dependable, professional and reputable, but most importantly, one that would provide excellent workmanship. We found all these qualities with Creative Kitchens.Darlene was very knowledgeable in helping us design our dream kitchen. She provided us with quality products and she gave us feedback for what we wanted and what would or wouldn’t work. When we had to cut back on things that we wanted, Darlene was honest in saying that we shouldn’t remove the lighting under the cabinets or the Lazy Susan cabinet. She was absolutely right! When we couldn’t find a particular tile for our back splash, Darlene referred us to other places.Jason did an excellent job in making our dream kitchen become a reality. His perfectionism, attention to detail, workmanship and expertise was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Jason expected nothing but the best from the subcontractors that worked alongside him. Before leaving at the end of the day, the worksite was always clean and tidy. Mats were also laid out on the floor to ensure that the new flooring wouldn’t be damaged.Without hesitation, we highly recommend Creative Kitchens for your renovations.
