Saponetti Eco-Friendly Soap Refill Delivery Service

We’ve been getting our refills from Saponetti for years now and it’s always been a pleasure. At first we were out of the delivery range- they went above and beyond and made it happen for us! Now we’ve moved onto a sailboat, and so we walk-in and get our refills right at the depot. Living on a sailboat means two things: 1. our grey water (sinks and showers) go directly to the lake... so it’s even more important to use environmentally safe products, 2. Lake plastic pollution is also right on our doorstep, this way we aren’t adding to the problem and we’ve mounted our jars right to the wall so they don’t roll around as we’re underway. Thank you Saponetti for being there for all of our soap needs!

This is the place you have been dreaming of if you are tired of disposing (polluting by recycling) of your household needs plastic containers. Bulk shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soaps, liquid detergents and even cleaning vinegar! They deliver and have a pretty amazing service. You can also come in person to refill your own bottles. All their products are natural and high quality. My favorite brands are Sapadilla and Oneka.

I love Saponetti's zero waste business model, and their customer service is first rate. They're always very responsive to emails, and make corrections quickly. There have been a couple of times when I leave empties on my porch for pickup, and they are miscounted for my deposit, but the owners are always quick to correct this. Love supporting this business.

Just wish I had gone earlier! Such a great idea to reduce the use of plastic containers. The owner is very friendly, and most products are not very expensive. Will be coming back

This is such an awesome business. I've been using them for a couple of years on basically anything I can, and I've able to really reduce the amount of packaging I use with so many different products. Their stuff is nice quality and smells great. It all works just as well or better than the stuff you have to buy in plastic jugs from a normal store. I love that they deliver and have a deposit system for mason jars. A++ super recommend!

I love Saponetti! They have amazing products and even better service. Their delivery service is absolutely perfect. I love that they collect your glass jars when dropping off your goodies. If you are looking for a low-waste and local soap dispensary, give them a go!

I was walking around the city on a rainy day and stumbled upon this store. I remembered I had just run out of Tide Pods and they had some laundry detergent jars on the shelf and decided to give them a try. Only $11-$12 with the bottle deposit and my clothes are just as clean, and it's lasted longer than a bag of pods would have lasted me. Also noticed, some itching I was having is gone, which I thought might have been from my body soap or something. Will definitely have to be back and to try their hand soaps and dish detergent too. Not in their delivery area, but their store is conveniently accessible by transit!

I usually go to another location but the customer service wasn't great. I work in the area so decided to give Saponetti a try and I was not disappointed. The shop was clean, Christian was informative and even went above and beyond to make sure the experience was a great one! I will continue to come here for all my sustainable, eco-friendly, and refill needs. :)
