Very tasty food and excellent service! We were nicely surprised to see the nice atmosphere, great management and delicious food. Don't let the other bad reviews to put you off from going there. It surpassed our expectations. The waitress, I think Marie was very friendly and attentive. We recommend it

Incompetent service.We waited for so long in the morning lineup despite the restaurant being half empty. The patrons in line behind me also got frustrated watching the two servers tag teaming at each table instead of coordinating to cover more area.Food was alright, exactly what you’d expect at a hotel. They forgot our bread too and when asked about it, we were told that the other server was in charge of the bread.

Terrible restaurant. Hostess was dismissive and unfriendly, service was slow. Breakfast was disappointing and expensive. Dinner: burger was charred and overcooked, despite menu proclaiming a burger “cooked to perfection”. Fries were cold and greasy. Salad was overdressed. Pizza seemed like it had been microwaved. This was actually the second time we ate dinner at the restaurant, with similar food quality and service. Hilton guests deserve better.

Was there for an hour and 10 minutes and only got 1 drink each and a desert each, there were 2 of us. Sat for 15 minutes before we were even approached, should have left then. We got our stuff in a timely manner after ordering but then were not approached again until we asked for the bill. We would have stayed and spent more money if the service was better but the wait was killing our evening.

Decor was to be expected from a restaurant out of a hotel. I ordered the mushroom stuffed gniocci and it was super amazing and tasty. The service was also really good and professional. My family got the burgers and fries, which were super tasty. I also got to try the polenta, which was amazingly creamy. This restaurant was really good overall.

We stayed for four nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in August and decided to try their restaurant a few times, which, in my opinion, is extremely mediocre.The crepes were not evenly cooked (one half is crisp; the other is soggy and undercooked), which is horrible for a Montreal restaurant. The oatmeal is extremely bland. If you sit against a wall, you sink down into the padding (I’m six feet tall), and the tables, in turn, are too high, making eating awkward. The interior seems almost like a diner with similar quality food.The waiters and waitresses we had were pleasant, however.

I thought I would give this place another try for lunch as it is so convenient to the hotel. The burger was ok (like Wendy’s) but the fries were cooked in old, bitter tasting oil. Service was spotty, like last time.

Great pizza, but the chicken on our salad was kind of dry. Our waiter was also attentive.
