Second time I’ve used LL and both times great service. Most especially last week in the middle of the ice storm and no electricity, they were available and provided the car I needed as scheduled!

Absolutely awesome customer service! I can’t recommend them enough. They took care of my mother’s courtesy car after a recent accident and made a stressful situation so much easier. Bravo gentlemen!

Service was excellent, the car they rented to me was clean and they treated me with full respect. I had to rent via my dealership recommendation and from A to Z it was nothing but great service, the most important thing was I even made a mistake on MY part (as we saybin Quebec j'ai eu un code 18) and they were very good at looking into it and they still managed to be positive and even saying no problem in the most positive way. I hope and sure they will treat other customers the same.
