Went there for my Corolla radio wasn't working properly, only the sound wasn't coming from the radio or cd but. The bluetooth works good.The guy by the name of Malik told me he has to diagnose the problem and if he finds the problem will fix it. But first is has to charge me for the diagnostic which is $80.00 plus tax.After 40min he came out and said there is some wires got burnt somewhere and he Doesn't know and the only choice I have is to change my radio. $230.00 for used one and $400.00 for new one. I was very disappointed and went home.After 2 days my wife was driving and she kept pushing and holding the radio buttons for several times next thing the radio was back on. Just one of the botton was stuck in or won't retract.Malik you charged me for nothing because you didn't find or diagnose the problem. Haram Haram business. You should be honest.******************You are such liar you told me there is a wire burnt somewhere in the radio and you dont know. Technically you couldn't diagnose what was the problem and don't say my wife banged the radio you didn't see her doing infact she fix the radio problem and I don't need to get new radioThis is the worst place to go.

The owner was very knowledgeable and honest. Went to so many mechanics. They could not figure out the problem. I was stressed out and about to just trade my car or junk it. Dealer wanted over $2000. He was able to do a bypass with fraction of the cost. Hands down, owner is expert and he knows what he is doing

Zafar provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. My truck was not starting and multiple mechanics told me that they did not have the expertise to deal with this issue. I went to Ambassador and got a call from Ambassador the following business day and they told me what the issue was. As simple as the solution seemed to be, it showed me that their troubleshooting methodically is top notch. I was very happy and it didn't break the bank.

Malik was honest about what the issue was, Honda dealership lied to me about changing the whole harness kit and cost me $1000, I went to Malik with this issue, fixed it within 1hr.Quality of work was amazing too. Will definitely recommend him if you have any electrical issues in your car :)Dude knows what he’s talking about!

Amazing job!! Excellent customer service, we brought my husband truck on a Saturday last minute with a lot of problems, Malik was amazing in only few hours he was able to fix all the issues that we had for few months now... Malik will be for now our Auto Electrician! We already recommended to another friend.. And really fare price!!
