Samsung Experience Store - Toronto Eaton Centre
I had the most laughably abysmal experience today. I came into the store around opening time, so around 10am, and queued for phone repair service. I was fifth in the queue, which was kind of crazy on it's own considering when I came, but I just accepted it. The service rep said I probably had 1-1.5 hours until my turn. It was funny, because they made me wait until around 6:45, so in other words, more than 8 hours of waiting. At about 6:55 a rep told me I could leave the phone overnight, and I asked if I could do a back up. They said no, the technician is leaving in 5 minutes, so I needed to leave my phone or come back tomorrow. As if wasting 9-10 hours of my life commuting and waiting wasn't enough, I was given only 5 minutes to figure out if I wanted my phone to be completely wiped or backed up. Of course, I chose to go home instead so I could back it up first then come back tomorrow. The fact that they made me waste 10 hours of my life, with absolutely no service given and nothing in return, not even a half-arsed apology, made me think if I ever wanted to buy a Samsung phone again.I don't know what is wrong with this store. They have an abundance of employees walking around the large showroom, yet they have one technician. ONE TECHNICIAN WORKING. They have no booking system, just a simple walk-in of first-come first serve. And considering I came a little after opening, there is absolutely no guarantee you will even get a diagnosis on the same day. I don't know who is responsible for this, but the priorities are in the wrong places, and it is scummy practice.I want some kind of compensation for the 10 hours of my life I wasted. I will never come to this store again after this. Clearly, the company's priorities are selling phones that have become overpriced and downgraded (removing the SD cards, the headphone jacks, the sim trays, removing OLED on the cheaper models, etc.). Instead of actually paying attention to their older customers. They might have great customer service selling a phone, but for repairs, this store made me never want to buy a Samsung phone again.

I bought a $75 screen protector for my zFlip 3 and 2 months later it was bubbling and peeling. Staff was not understanding, not helpful. They laughed. Refused to replace it for me, wanted me to spend an additional $75 for a new protector. I was so afraid of this happening I've been extremely careful opening and closing my phone, mainly leaving it open for fear of the protector separating. Unacceptable product unacceptable service. I've never had a positive experience going to this store. I wish they were at least understanding. Love the phone, can't stand this screen protector.

I recently visited the Samsung Store at the Eaton Centre in Toronto, Canada for a simple repair - to replace the inner screen protector on my Fold 3. The store wasn't very busy compared to the nearby Apple Store, but could benefit from downsizing its space as it feels too large. The sales team was friendly but there were more salespeople than repair technicians and I observed two frustrated customers complaining about the long wait times and poor customer service. On the day of my visit, there was only one technician available and I had to wait for over 2 hours to get my phone repaired. The technician did a good job replacing the screen protector, but the store could improve its wait times and organization. I was also informed that appointments couldn't be made for repairs, it was only first come, first serve. The previous night, I was told it would take 4+ hours to get my phone back from such a minimal repair.

I'm reaching out to the Samsung Store in Toronto as we can't reach out to a rep here in Canada. When trying to phone the 1-800 number - it is a call centre outside Canada.I tried phoning your store in Toronto and after waiting awhile, a prerecorded msg came on and gave directions on how to contact Samsung Canada! My wife ordered a Samsung 43inch Frame TV online from Samsung Canada and the TV was delivered on May 31st. We opened the box 5days later and a crack appears in the picture. The plastic screen itself is fine and no damage. My wife tried contacting Samsung Canada and they have been giving her the run around for the last 3 weeks. Because we didn't open the box and plug in the TV within 24-48hrs they refuse to do anything about it.I finally phoned today and had the worst customer service experience. I sent them the photos below and the two people I spoke with were insisting that the box is damaged when it clearly is not. After going back and forth they offered that they will send a tech but stated that I would have to pay to fix the TV. I was getting nowhere with them - absolutely terrible..Now I'm stuck with a brand new $1,500 TV that Samsung won't do anything for!

Do not expect any custom service at this store via phone or online channel. Have to go to store just to change/make appointments. When I asked about this, they first told me they are too busy to pick up the phone while two guys just walking around doing nothing, then after I pushed further, they said it is the corporate policy. I don't know what people at Samsung think, but having to be physically in the store to change appointment sounds outrageous in 2023. And for the people who consider buying foldable phones, you will mostly likely need service at least once within a year of purchase.

2022 August 4★A nice large store located right inside Eaton center. The store itself is fairly big and clean. Rivals other similar stores of the same concept.Staff are helpful when asked.First floor - phones, laptops, tablets, gaming wear and some wall displays.Second floor - larger televisions, fridge, dishwasher and service centre.Nice to check out.

The store is very unorganized, and I was told to go into the store and bring my item for warranty. Made an appointment online. When I got to the store I had to wait almost two hours. All the people who worked there were just standing around talking to each other. The store was empty. No wonder Apple is doing so well. The customer service here is below par.. I see this store is going out of business soon. I. I'm very disappointed. I'm probably going to sell my phone and get an iPhone now. 7 year customer down the drain. Congratulations, samsung, you lost a customer today

One of the only stores that actually picks up the phone when you call in. First come first serve basis service so make sure you come before 10am and wait in line. Great atmosphere and massive Samsung store with everything you could want. I chose this place for a screen replacement for a Fold 4 cause they had the parts in stock. Will update experience of anything changes during appointment with technician.

Edit: 12:45 - 1:30pm I was denied service by each employee. They told me to see their colleague instead, or just flat out said they were helping someone else out - people who arrived later than me.I was asked to wait another 20-30 min for other employees to arrive".It wasn't even busy
