After meeting with several different roofing companies and getting many different quotes I wasn't feeling all that good about the process of getting a new roof until I met Valeri at Expert Roofing. His approach was honest, professional and straight up and he didn't hesitate to spend the time to explain the process and present me with different options. He kept in touch with me through the entire process and put me at ease with any concerns that I had as the job progressed. His crew was excellent, worked efficiently, was professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to keep me in the loop. The work area was cleaned up after work.I'm extremely satisfied with the work Expert Roofing performed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys!

Val was highly recommended to me, and he did and excellent job at a fair price. Due to constant rain in the forecast, he even came by a little earlier, to patch up a small area of my roof to ensure it made it to the date of the full roof job. Very impressed and I would definitely recommend.

Val and his team were professional, quick and cleaned up really well too. They got our roof done in a day and it looks amazing! Val does so many roofs in our neighbourhood and has a great reputation. Harris did an excellent job on roof. He has done entire roof shingles replaced. He used one of the top 5 rated shingles. Price was very reasonable. His estimate was all inclusive so I do not have to worry about any extras e.g. plywood or vents or sheets etc. He had picked up all the garbage and nails. Harris provided me written and verbal worry free warranty. Thanks Harris Job well done.

I'm very surprised at how high the Expert Roofing company's rating is. I believe this is because people trust this company's rating and do not test their work.A month ago (at the beginning of June), these guys replaced the shingles on our entire roof. They were acting like real professionals. They said that our roof was rotten in places and they replaced several sheets of plywood. I believed them and paid for the work in full.A month later, we decided to check the insulation in the attic. I was surprised when I found out that in three places there was still rotten plywood and one of them was even broken.When I called Valery (the owner of the company) and asked him to fix it, he refused to do it. He told me that in order to repair it he would have to spend the whole day and a lot of money. And, in general, he said that all of this is OK.So, if tomorrow, for some reason, I have to sell this house, I will have to repair it for my money.I think that these are very unscrupulous guys. And I would not trust them.P.S. When we were installing extra attic insulation, we found a few more places with broken plywood. More photos are posted.

Used Expert 12 years ago and was impressed. When I moved and needed a new roof, I contacted them again. Very happy, again. My roof looks great! You’d never know that I had my roof done because I didn’t find a single nail on the ground anywhere. Job well done, right down to the prefect clean up. If I move again and need yet another new roof; I’ll call them again.
