fantastic service, after being told by several local suppliers in my small city that cork was for the most part unavailable anywhere, these guys were able to supply, a real live human answered the phone, was able to answer all of my questions and make recommendations about the install and final finish. the product arrived on my front porch the next day, a very refreshing experience. the floor looks amazing, very happy..

Great service from the staff during buying and pick-up of the floating cork floor we chose. I found the cork planks a little softer than the Turley product I purchased years ago for another apartment. However, once you are aware of this and are carefull during the tapping process, no problems. The floor looks great.

The staff is very accommodating. When we arrived they were more than happy to pull samples for us to view, very knowledgeable about their product, answered all questions and arranged for shipping to happen in a timely fashion. Communication with them since has been prompt and helpful. The overall experience has been very positive. We look forward to having the product installed and living with this wonderful material.NOTE: We’ve now lived with the flooring for a couple of months and love it! Service was fast. We placed our order on Friday and it was on the truck the following Monday. It was very well packaged and arrived without any damage. Cancork provided plenty of advice and help that made our install easy and successful. We're very happy with the quality of the product and the service provided by Cancork. Cancork has been easy to work with. I installed Salami into two bedrooms and the large boards clicked together well and sealed with a couple of coats of sealer. The floor is comfortable to walk on and warmer than hardwood. The staff at Cancork were accommodating to my timing for picking the product up, friendly in the warehouse and responsive to email questions regarding installation (I was over thinking things).
