The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and really care about their clients. I've been going to them for nearly three years and the professionalism I've experienced has truly impressed me. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids or looking for a pair. They do it all here!

As a current client who needed to update my hearing aid, I was entrusted into the care of Pheba who did a complete Tinnitus review and hearing test with me. As a result of her analysis I was able to try out new technology and decide on the purchase of new aids. Her knowledge and care is exceptional, as is the whole team ( including Raj who initially booked me in). The care is continuous and doesn’t end with just a purchase. Had a pair of ear impressions made for custom iem’s that are being made in the US.Audiologist - Pheba was very knowledgeable and professional in her field and I will highly recommend her for any hearing related services. Thanks Pheba and keep up the great work!!!

Horrible experience with this clinic. The audiologist looked at my ears for less than 5 minutes, charged me $100 for holding my spot for wax removal". I did not need the wax removal and the clinic wouldn't even reduce this charge to a consultation of $85. The receptionist took 20 minutes to even come back to the desk to discuss this with me

This is an excellent place to have your wax removed efficiently and effectively! On both occasions that i needed an appointment, i was able to get a confirmed schedule on the day itself in around less than an hour. Vineeta was able to remove my waxes very efficiently and effectively, no waiting time, no red tapes on procedures. She just got it done and for that i am very thankful that I am now able to hear normally, what an amazing Christmas gift. Thank you to all the staff at Hearing Excellence! I highly recommend this place if you want your wax removed quick and easy!

Don't book an appointment here. I booked a hearing appointment and was advised to get my ears cleaned first. I went in for my appointment and they peeked in my ears for five seconds, told me they were fine, and sent me out the door still charging full price. Please save your money and go to your family doctor instead.
