Dr teriba and his team are so amazing everytime I bring my daughters to their appt he takes the time to look at everything and listens to my concern he is truly a kind doctor … I spend time even talking to him about a trip we took or whatever is going on in our lives. He does truly care about his patients reminds me of my family doctor growing up . Thank you for everything doctor!

This is the place where my family doctor works.While this clinic used to be reliable managed and operated. That is not the case now. Placed many phone calls to schedule appointment with my family doctor and none of them were returned.Upon finally getting an appointment scheduled the Doctor was very professional. He advised would have scheduled follow-ups for my concerns. It's now been weeks without word. Judging by the fact that I've still not spoke to any office personnel I can only imagine that this is their fault again.I hope to see this office returned to it's previous level of execution and professionalism.

Dr teriba is the most amazing family doctor .. we are so lucky to have him as our doctor . He always apologizes for the wait and his bedside manner is incredible we are grateful to him. Thank you DR Teriba !

Great doctors amazing team but I’ve waited for a hour before for the doctor to even see me not fun when I have a million other things to do that dayWould give 1 star but I like the staff and out come but don’t like the wait

Waterloo St. Jacob's Urgent Care Clinic NOT A WALK-IN-NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
I came in for a visit at this wonderful clinic and surprisingly was seen immediately! I needed blood work done and was expecting them to send me somewhere else, but they are able to take all of the samples in house as well! Pam is the best lab technician I have ever had, I barely felt the needle and she was done in a minute. The results were back within 24 hours and all of the doctors and nurses' are top notch. Would 100% recommended this clinic to all family and friends without hesitation. Thank you for the excellent work you all do!-Harry

This clinic is absolutely the best around. I saw Dr. A. May today and she was amazing. It has been many years since I have had a doctor that took so much interest in my health. Very thorough and kind and has a sense of humour. I am so pleased to have her as my new doctor. The staff are very nice, helpful and pleasant as well.Patti W

Doctor Teriba is a fantastic doctor. However, reception is incredibly frustrating. I understand they are busy and all but when I call 20 times to book an appointment and no one ever answers, you can’t blame me for getting incredibly annoyed. I leave a voicemail and they never get back to me. This happens every single time. It’s really a shame, I wish the doctor would have a better representation of his office. But seriously, as a patient, good luck getting them to pick up the phone!

They had me waiting in their patient rooms for close to an hour to find out that the doctor could not see me. My wife was in there & the same happened to another family from the other doctor at this walk-in. They are absolutely a walk-in clinic that does appointment just like any other.they also made an appointment without my knowledge & then tried acting like I missed it & that I had to call back for missing something I never arranged.This place should just be a walk-out because this clinic should be avoided due to its malpractices!

I've been with Dr Teriba for about 2 years now and I will say that he is a rare gem in this community. Always taking time to hear the issues and genuinely cares about helping out. Never felt rushed when in his office and no matter how small the problem is he will always make sure you have the best care. Wait times were never bad either, considering he actually listens to his patients, which tells me his time management is spot on. I am so happy that we can say we have an amazing family doctor!
