I haven't even eaten yet, and this place is one of the best food places that I have visited in a long time. As soon as I walked through the door I was met with a smile and a friendly hello!I walked up to the counter not knowing what I wanted, they offered me coupons. I finally settled on my food and the Man at the counter offered me a dip to try for free as I was undecided. That was a very nice gesture.With that said, I just had my food delivered to my table. If the food is half as good as the service I'd still give this place a 5 star review.Kudos to the crew working here !Update: Food is top notch for a chicken place!

Great spot for fried chicken. I highly recommend their chicken sandwiches as that's what they specialize in. Might've gotten their chicken dinner plates before but nothing memorable.

I had to change from 5 to one star as I have tried to reach out with no reply.. Went to Mary brown's on brant street for take out. Got it home started to eat to find broken glass/plastic in the coleslaw.Love the food.How do I contact the owner for the location on brant st. Burlington. We had take out tonight. Could not eat the coleslaw. I know mistakes happen. Please reach out and I will explain privately.

Two orders the chicken wasnt cooked through. One the batter was limp and wet. The other order the piece wasnt cooked it was bloody.We told the workers and they gave us another piece. I couldn't eat after that so I refused it. Brought our other pieces home and both of us said it was better the next day when we ate it. Your taters and cole slaw are amazing. We Will try it again the one near our home town in St. Catharines, On. Hope it will be cooked through next time.The taste is amazing so I do want to try it again sometime. Sorry for my complaint but it's not a thing if they dont cook it right. It could make people angry even sick. Thank you.

Spicy Big Mary is amazing!! The taters are always good.It's ashame they were out of stock of the nashville sauce/seasoning for the taters.If you like spice, I recommend the nashville taters. Though they can be a little oily (remember napkins!)

First of all it's the best chicken I've ever had. This restaurant is so clean and well stocked and the restrooms are very clean also. While my friends and I were there we couldn't help but notice the lady named Honour who made us feel so welcomed. Customer service defines her. We will definitely be back and we hope she's there again too. Best Mary Browns Ever.

This location is consistent in making my belly full and my mouth smile. The staff here do an exceptional job at making you feel welcome and happy to serve you. The food is delicious and fairly priced. Can’t say enough good things about this particular Mary browns . Keep serving up the best chicken in Burlington the community appreciates and recognizes your greatness! Don’t go to Popeyes forget about KFC you need to support the Canadian owned Mary browns! Highly recommend to everyone reading

Generally good experiences here but the last visit the Buffalo wrap had likely sat around before being given to me or it was due to the very slow wait through the drive thru. Extremely soggy lettuce that tasted off overall for the wrap and I felt ill the next day.

Mary Brown's Chicken
We love the chicken here it's mainly take out but we usually dine in. You get chicken sandwich, roast chicken pieces and chicken strips. You can have fries or taters the taste is excellent.
