If you are driving a Volkswagen then I would highly suggest you bring it to be serviced by Tony. When it comes to diagnostics I have never had anyone who is as transparent or more willing to explain exactly what is wrong. His fees are very reasonable and I have yet to have any surprises. In fact the bill is usually half of what other shops quote. While you are there you should have Mason clean up your headlights, he does an amazing job. Thank you for being a trustworthy mechanic and keeping me informed.

I’ve been dealing with Tony at TJ’s for more than 15 years. He always gives great customer service and stands behind his work. He always prepares us if there are any unforeseen things he finds and helps to prioritize the repairs. It’s hard to find a mechanic with such honesty and integrity!

I had my vehicle towed in. I had been having nothing but issues with it for months. Tony has one of the best shop rates in Lethbridge. He took me through everything step by step. He was awesome about communicating with me. I really appreciated all his help.

Had a great experience taking my Volkswagen to TJ’s! Tony took the time to explain each repair to me and was able to get a proper part in overnight. As a young woman I have had some mechanics in the past try to stick me with a bunch of unnecessary repairs thinking I wouldn’t know any better, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. He was even willing to work with my extended warranty, which not many small shops will do! I’m very glad I found a local shop to trust with my VW and would happily recommend them to anyone else driving a European car.

I wish I had taken my car to Tony a couple of years ago. It would have saved me a couple thousand dollars and the headache of dealing with other technicians that were unable to properly fix my car. Tony is honest and caring, performed the work quickly, and best of all, charged me the price he quoted. I will definitely continue taking my car to Tony, and supporting local small business rather than the dealership. Thank you!

I was amazed at the phenomenal customer service I had at TJ's Auto Repairs. After an automotive emergency TJ's got me in right away (and fixed in a day!) and treated my Volkswagen like their own! After having bad experiences with shop after shop it was amazing to be treated so well and have the mechanics actually listen to my concerns. Will continue to go to TJ's for all my beetle needs :)

Tony has been my mechanic since he opened his shop nearly 20 years ago. I've always appreciated his work, knowing that it will be well done. Further, I've found him to be careful not to do work if it's possible to be delayed. At the same time he will not allow me to drive an unsafe vehicle.
