Decent auto parts store.Always friendly staff, and I yet to stump them with a part they can't get.

Amazing staff. Our trailer bearing went on Canada day and we were able to limp to this location. They were able to assist us in finding the required parts and advice. They saved our vacation!

I needed a fitting for my inertia brakes on my boat trailer. I figured I would be hunting forever to find one. Was in Creston and thought I’d see if they could get one for me. Was pleasantly surprised when the gal returned with the exact fitting. Also had a couple other items I needed. Great service and great people. I wish I got the gals name who helped me out. She was awesome. Will definitely be back for other automotive needs.

When you need to call to see who is working to make sure you get the best price it is time to just not bother. I spend 10k a year on automotive for personal and business. Pretty much all online. Just not the same anymore.

Was just helped by Charles- super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us figure through what we need, even though it was near closing time. And, had everything we needed in stock! Probably my best auto-part-store experience Ive ever had.

Fast and reliable for ordering parts. Very helpful staff putting the customers interests and questions first.

Some staff are INCREDIBLE. Others of the old school are enough that it's not first on my list to visit. Still, I don't actually avoid the place. They usually have what you need, but don't believe their 'discounted' prices story. Shortly after posting this review, I received a response of remorse from Lordco together with an invitation to contact them directly toward the end of resolving their problem. While preventing this on-going issue recurring need not take the decades during which established habits evolved, you will have to find another customer who is willing to take ownership of your effort by 'chatting' away their time. I have other responsibilities, and have already discharged my due diligence in above report. But if you actually want advice, why not conduct an in house survey of your customers, for MANY of whom you already retain contact records. I cannot recall how many times I've been given advice of which staff members to avoid there. In the fall of 2018, I received exemplary service.. from female yet... who was truly helpful AND knowledgeable, but she was new there....

Friendly crew, good selection of products, centrally located. They often have what the other guys don't.
