This company was heaven sent! Upon short notice, I needed to have an apartment that my brother once lived in, cleaned out. While I live 4 states away, I completely relied on Charlie and his crew to complete this task. The best part, much of what was removed became a donation to a family starting over. If you are waffling between the top result here and All-Out Junk removal, I hope this helps. I called the top result first. Everything was pleasant til they didn't show up during the agreed time. I called to check in but got no answer. Awhile later I got an email from the office lady advising the # they have for me wasn't working (lie #1 given they previously called no issue). Then the man called and was instantly antagonistic. I was willing to reschedule before he insisted they don't give timeframes (lie #2). I advised the office lady gave me noon-2 so that doesn't sound right. He escalated to saying sarcastically Not everyone is meant to be our client". I replied "You're right
