Excellent service. Lance was awesome, cleaned up the cistern and coordinated with the Waterman to get us back up and running right away. Enjoyed the conversation as well. Will definitely use them again.

It turned out I didn't even have a cistern I have a well. Lance still gave me a hand and spoke with me about my issues. He gave me a contact number for someone who could help me out. He went out of his way and squeezed me in on a busy day at no cost to me. He was polite informative and friendly. I would recommend him and plan on using this company when I get a cistern installed.

Mandy made all the arrangements for the cistern cleaning including water delivery. Lance did a great job cleaning the cistern and said everything looks good. I asked about a water level device. Lance explained an electronic meter that will light up when low so I don’t have to use a stick. Tracy & I are very pleased with Cowan’s booking us in & the response time.We highly recommend Cowan’s.Wayne and Tracy

Lance Cowan by far one of the nicest and most honest guys out there. Got him to clean my cisterns. Since I was new at the whole cistern/water systems I had many questions and he answered every single one with great explanation. Recommend his services to everyone I know!!! He even called after the fact to check up making sure everything is clean and safe for my family and I. A++++++ service!!!!! Thanks again Lance.

Lance Cowan responded quickly to my call even though I was a new customer. He arrived on time and got right to work. Lance cleaned and inspected our cistern. He was fast, yet thorough, offered some great advice and his fee is very reasonable. I highly recommend Cowan's Cistern Service!
