Great service and very honest. I had initially authorized and paid for 2 repairs (master switch and window motor) and they called me back to tell me that after replacing the master switch, the other repair didn’t appear necessary. They said “they don’t want to replace a part that doesn’t need replacing.” Saved me $450!

Amazing staff and so welcoming. Went to get an exhaust pipe replaced and not only were they the cheapest option within my travel range, but also pointed out other issues I may want looked at in the future. I have horrible anxiety over my car, with emergency repairs being so expensive, so they were very nice and understanding when I came in worrying about an odd smell. It wasn’t anything, but they were still helpful with it. Will definitely go there again for my auto repair. -Alex Lee

My son is a mechanic & now works in a parts store that does business with them. When my car caught fire, he told me if I wanted it fixed right, to take it here.Unfortunately, they were honest and told me that the cost of repairs would far exceed the value of my car & I'd be better off walking away from it. I'd just bought it 2 months prior, so it was hard to hear, but they were gentle & broke it to me in terms I could understand so I could make an informed decision.Thankfully an employee there had a car for sale that I've put a deposit on & will be buying. Knowing it is already mechanic-approved, by guys my son trusts, I'm feeling more confident about this. But they'll be getting it if I need repairs since they already know the car - & since they were honest with me, which is always a concern of mine, being a woman walking into a repair facility
