I took IPhone 12 Pro with 2 years plan . Before selling the phone they were very friendly. After one month when I got monthly bill that was totally different than my plan. I visited store and Manager said employees who gave me this deal he is not working more on this store so we can’t do anything even they didn’t listen me properly. I would never visit the store in the future

For a company that supposedly specializes in communication but yet most of their locations’ phone numbers don’t seem to work well so you have to repeatedly call or leave messages for other branches to call you. For example, the phone number for 7500 Scott Rd location Never seems to work and I have complained to them many times and yet it has not been fixed, so how can you trust or work with a company promises communication but yet they don’t have their own house in order in this regard.

I went for to buy sim for my cousin. The deal they give me with the phone amount is different in the billing what they told us before. When I go there to talk they said we cannot do anything now. Their service is really worst.
