We needed a brand new bathroom installed in our basement, from framing, to gyproc, electrical wiring, plumbing, accent wall and tiling the floor. John and his crew showed exceptional professional work. They arrived when they said they would and when we asked to have something else done they always were accommodating. We would highly recommend them!!!!!!!!

John and Liza are amazing. We used their services to redesign our main bathroom. They offered us a far better price than anyone else we met with. They gave us the exact final product we wanted. They were extremely professional, took the time to do everything right and even adjusted during the process to meet our requests. Would recommend to anyone.

I used John's service few years back for converting my basement powder room into a full bathroom. The service was exceptional, John identified a mold formation, he brought an inspector to find a root cause and fixed the problem.Ioannis also proposed an open concept for my living room + kitchen and accent walls which was a brilliant IDEA. We hired Kaglis construction to build a 1500ft extension on our house. it was a 4 month project. We are very satisfied with the way he finished the house addition as promised. After he finished both floors we asked him to renovate the rest of the house. Our architect also agreed that he is very cooperative and professional.

My dad is a duplex home owner and he rents two apartments. One of the apartments which includes the basement was abandoned by his ex-tenants and it was left in a horrible condition. The ceilings and the walls in both floors required plaster and paint.My dad hired Kaglis Construction to plaster and paint.Kaglis Construction painters were professionals and they did a phenomenal job! They were organized and they did all required preparations to cover and to protect the wooden floors, the kitchen and the bathroom cabinets along with the counters before starting the work. Didn’t show up at an appointment. Had to call twice to remind him. Sounded like he was sleeping at 5 PM. A real clown this John.Condescending tone when speaking to women.Project, service you worked on? Are you kidding we would never use your services. Completely unprofessional.You don't show up and need to call you to remind you that you have a meeting. Imagine dealing with you not showing up, call you to see when you'll finish a job! Bunch of clowns.

It has been a year since Kaglis Construction renovated our Sixplex in downtown Montreal. Full reno including Kitchen and bathroom renovation. Very reasonable price. Quality work like the new condos they build in the area. Waited a year to write a review bacause I wanted to make sure we had no problems after Mr Kaglis was finished. Very Happy we chose john and his team.

We hired John to work on a 750ft extension above our garage, redoing the exterior of our full home and other remodelling work done to the rest of the house and could not have been happier! When we initially started this project, we reached out to multiple recommended construction companies, out of all of them John was the only one that spend the most time with us and even came for an on sight visit before we started any process. Which is the reason why we decided to go with him.The project took approximately 4 months and looks beautiful! He is super friendly and would even give us advice when needed for items unrelated to his work. Most importantly he does not cut corners and is very honest. I would more then happily recommend him to family and friends!
