First time getting a massage at the waters spa and it was amazing! Went with some friends for a girls spa day and it was so nice. The customer service was fantastic and they really care about making your experience as relaxing as possible. They have a great selection of packages for couples and spa experiences. Will go again and will definitely recommend to others!

My wife, Melissa, and I went there this evening. It was an early Christmas present to us from Mel. I've never done anything like this before. It was amazing! The place is beautiful and serene. It's an oasis of calm. The hospitality was wonderful. I'm a big guy and am somewhat self-conscious of always being the biggest man in a room. But the staff made me feel so welcome. Mel had Alisha and I had Shannon. There aren't enough adjectives to describe how nice these two women are. We highly recommend this place and we have already booked our next appointment.

Best massage. I went today for day off. Cassie she is amazing. I thought I had good massages before. But here are the best really relaxing. She was very attentive love the foot soak with oils. And the mix of essential oils for the massage. The atmosphere is very elegant and set u in the mood to relaxation. Definitely coming back.A little pricey but its worth it

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! I booked my appointment in January and the closest date they had outside of work hours was 4 months later (middle of April). They called me today saying their therapist can’t come in that day so they have to cancel my appointment, and the next they can get me in is another 4 months IN JULY!!!! Be for real. Horrible service, I am glad they cancelled because I don’t want to give my money to a company that will pull stunts like this.

I was gifted a half day package and I have never been more relaxed in my life. The treatments flow really smoothly together so the relaxation continues even when you switch from one treatment to another. Cassie was phenomenal! She was professional yet very friendly and caring. The whole staff made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend!!

I've had many different services at the Waters, and I always leave happy and relaxed. The RMT massages are reliably great, and I love the extra foot soak at the beginning. We did a couple's treatment 2 days before our wedding and it was SO lovely. An absolute indulgence that really helped us relax leading up to the chaos of the wedding day.

This is one of my favourite places to go! I go for the occasional massage (and always request Brandi) and my boyfriend always gets me a half day spa package for my birthday and it’s honestly what I look forward to every year (always request Cassie). You immediately feel like you’re in a private little oasis. The staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel so special. The spa director Carly is wonderful and great to deal with! I always leave relaxed, happy and already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend to anyone who needs a perfect little getaway.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Hawaiian Sunset Body Shine on Friday Jan 20. I thought my aesthetician, Kim, was fantastic, and I found the place to be spotless, which is very important to me. The ambiance was very relaxing and restful.Everything was a lovely experience until I paid. There was a discrepancy with the amount that got sorted when I emailed Carly, the manager. I look forward to returning.
