This place is a great example of how meat should be prepared! I drive in just for these meats and so does my family. Traditional polish recipes that you can't say no to. They're only open on the weekends so I stock up and everything sits well in the freezer.

It’s very rare to find a business such as this, first of all every person that works here is beyond kind and courteous! Everything that is made here is just bang on and as authentic as it gets. Jan is a master at his craft, he’s just a great person. Stop in and see the man, you can see for yourself! If you’re ever in the market to have your wild game processed, you will never find a better place. You can take my word for it but I suggest everyone try these things for yourself, you won’t be disappointed I guarantee it!!!

There polish sausage is delicious. Worth the trip

Excellent meat products, spices and other central European treats. They do catering which was represented in 2018 at the Polish Pavillon at Folklorama. Polish twist on the sausages with fresh to order meat cuts. In addition many speciality foods as well as unique dishes. Ask for “No Problem” Andy or, (John) aka Janek, the proprietors are always happy to help with any larger orders or questions about specific products.I highly recommend this establishment.Some of the unique dishes they sell are the “krokiety”, a dish similar to a croquette a small breadcrumbed fried pancake food roll containing, usually as main ingredients, ground meat veal, beef, chicken, or mushrooms.Free parking on Main Street and in the back.

The best meat market in Winnipeg. The product is always fresh, free of chemicals and preservatives. The best money can buy- it is worth the trip to North End Winnipeg

The pork schnitzel, kolbassa, and pepperettes are enjoyable each time we go.

Amazing food! The meat is great quality. They also sell other polish foods. Bought borscht and croquettes there - sooo delicious!!

they re-use old stale meat and put it in their sausages/kubasas. Extremely gross, got sick twice on two different occasions.Stay away.
