The Hours of operation are wrong. Online says one thing, then their sign say another. I also don't think that their Telephone works as all it does is ring and they are also by appointment only. Never had any problems, but now there is a lot of misorganisation.

I had an amazing experience here. I got exactly what I asked for. I had almost no breakage and Rosalie customed and blended the colors to my natural Ashy toned hair. She explained everything and I appreciated it so much knowing exactly what she was doing. I've never had a hair dresser explain or talk me through it before. We also had a great conversation the entire time. I left feeling so confident and grateful. She took such great care of my hair and it feels so healthy. The other hairdresses were very friendly as well. I highly recommend this salon.
