Excellent customer service!! First impressions are everything and A+ Appliance superseded my expectations. Rosiria was delightful on the phone and I was booked in quickly. Darryl came to my home and even put booties on to come in. He was professional, nice and knew immediately what my issue was and had my dryer working in no time. Very decent prices and great service. A+ Appliance came to check out my broken washing machine. Within minutes Darryl determined the problem - a busted motor - and offered a number of options. Since this was a costly repair and an even more costly replacement, helped me decide on the best option, without pressure and with honest advice and was willing to work out a payment plan should I need it. I really appreciated the quick and exceptionally friendly help. I have an old central vac and a dishwasher from the 90's that all need a tune-up in time, and A+ will get my call for all of these. I'd recommend you give them a call if one of your appliances needs a look. Thanks Darryl and team. We had Matt come and repair our washer. He was very professional and had it fixed very quickly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for appliance repairs.

We were not impressed with the service of our electric range (not induction). No tests or diagnostics were done, and we were simply told our pans were not flat enough. I was willing to give this logic a chance but things never really added up. Even so, I've since purchased a top of the line stainless steel pan (all clad) and there's been no improvement on the original behaviour. I called to share my feedback and I was under the impression I would hear back but it's just been silence. In calling around other specialists in the region I've had more helpful suggestions (for free) over the phone than what I paid for with A+.Unfortunately, my grade would be closer to a C.
