Frustrated!!! It's been 5 months and counting waiting on a passport. First we were given incorrect information. Then when we started with the correct process, its been delays after delays. The most frustrating part of the process is the lack of communication and accountability. This process has been a nightmare for my sister. We have lost a copious amount of money waiting desperately for her passport...5 months and counting!!! There has to be a better way!

Never answer their phone and message is always full. Always have to go into the office to get a response that can be easily answered over the phone.
