We were not impressed. The food was warm not hot and really not up to St. Hubert standards. We won't be returning.

Great service every visit! Tonight one part of our meal was missed, I called and it was acknowledged right away! To make it even better they delivered it to us with a piece of cake. Thanks for working and keeping customer service priority.

Yesterday I went to the place and I did online order which was take out, but when I came in I changed my mind and said the person that I will dine in and he asked my I’d n vaccination proof and I showed him and starting eating my food. But after sometime one of the long lady came in and said me that you are not suppose to eat in here as it is a take out order and I told her that I have already asked and showed my vaccination proof. He said I let you do now but u can’t do it now. Although the food was good but I didn’t even ate my food and just left the store. I highly recommend that they should change their perception and strict action for the behaviour for the lady.

Customer service was amazing, was greeted both in french and in english which is an awesome plus. The girl who took our order , Renelle, was very polite and had a happy attitude serving us, you could tell she enjoyed her job. We didn't even wait 5 minutes for our food. Food was delicious, the way they arranged the food on the plate made the food more appealing. 10/10, definitely will go back. The staffs deserves a raise, they were all happy working

The staff was so very polite and absolutely helpful. My grandson (5yo) wasn't sure what he wanted and the lady who took our order helped him decide.It's always nice being in New Brunswick visiting....but service like this makes me miss home that much more. See you on my next trip to NB!I DO MISS ST HUBERT! None here in Alberta.

When is delivery going to come back? The thing that makes st-hubert my favorite is never leaving the house to get itEdit: last time I went there they prepped my st burger before my mixed platter so it was cold like if I refrigerated it. It was not pleasant. Plus with no more delivery to my address this place has no purpose for me anymore but thought I'd give their drive thru a try.

We have ordered from here several times and today was the last. Each time we order something is missing. One time the coleslaw, one time the buns and one time 2 missing chicken filets. I’ve never complained or asked for a refund. This time however one of the desserts was missing so I decided to call. The young man who answered was very polite but when I told him what was wrong a lady in the background was yelling at him that it was impossible. She took over the phone and continued to yell at me insisting she was 225% sure she put it in the bag. I said I could send her a picture of what was in the bag and she said it was door dash’s problem. I asked for them to send me the dessert or give me a refund and she just kept cutting me off. I asked her why the dessert she did send was frozen and she said well it will defrost eventually! I asked for her boss’ name but she wouldn’t give it to me. I called calmly about a small error and got yelled at like I was a spoiled child. I hope she doesn’t talk to her staff that way. Customer service is definitely not Jackie’s forte.
