Otter Creek Dental Tillsonburg

I have had some unpleasant experiences with dentistry while living in London. At Otter Creek I feel confident and relaxed. Visits are a pleasure, everyone is professional, concerned and very outgoing and friendly. I am delighted with the care I'm receiving.

Everyone was very nice. I had a routine cleaning.

I do not know how to explain this but with 15 years dental visits with the other clinic, I've never felt super ease and comfort except with Otter Creek Dental. Julie who did my initial assessment and profilaxis is amazing. You will love her. Well the entire staff is friendly and they're organized. I just referred them to my neighbor this morning. I highly recommend this clinic.

This office is amazing! They are accommodating and do a great job! I’ve had a cleaning by Julie and Tracey and they were both wonderful ladies! Tracey was the first hygienist to actually do some dental education on cleaning and flossing that I never knew before! She was fantastic, jolly and very easy to talk to. Wonderful experience for me all 3 times I’ve been so far.

I was treated very respectfully by both the hygienist and dentist. I have had a fear of going for years and often cancelled appointments. I think it was the pressure of doing things i was but comfortable with. I do not feel that way anymore and feel respected!

I’ve been very happy with all my visits here, good prices, very nice people, awesome dentist! He pulled my tooth in what seemed like a couple of minutes with 0 pain at all!

Honestly I had went to Dr.Patenaude my whole life and was always great and then once they were bought out things were so different. The last time I went to get some fillings was one of the worst experiences. The dentist who did it did not seem very experienced. I told him parts didn’t feel numb and he kept going anyway and I was in tears once he started drilling because of the pain. Did not seem very sympathetic. Customer service after was also awful when dealing with insurance/payment. Will never recommend anyone to go there.
