Took my two daughters here for haircuts. The one women was very nice and did an awesome job . The other one , didn't put an effort in . I said looks good and got out of there. My 5 year old could have done a better job. She made us feel like we weren't welcome and rushed the haircut.. she had a reference photo go go off of as well. My poor daughter is going to have shorter hair then wanted.

Went here as a last resort and will not be returning. Honestly the worst hair cut I've ever had. Left with my hair looking like bedhead and realized the next day how horrible it looks when dry.

First class haircuts! Really amazing. It's very convienient without an appointment. Haircuts prices are so expensive. Not sure why the employees are not smiling or not happy all the times!

Fantastic! I came in with my older mom for us both to get haircuts and both ladies cutting our hair were great. It was later in the afternoon but they still had time to take us both. Both Pam and Mary-Lynn were pleasant and personable. They were professional and my mom and I both got excellent haircuts and exactly what we asked for, as well as being speedy. We have been to another location in a different town, as we are about a 40 minute drive from either location, but the ladies here are wonderful. Haircuts have gotten so expensive everywhere that I appreciate that the staff in Hanover is so nice. Thank you so much Pam and Mary-Lynn!

This is absolutely the worst place to get your hair cut. My son is in tears because his cut was a disaster beyond words. This is the second time! Don't waste your time or money.

Bit of a mixed bag here. You can always get a cut when you want, but most of the time stylists are too distracted or rushed to do a good job. That was fine when they were a discount player in the market, but at nearly $30, they really need to step it up.Also, if you cut hair and smoke, take extra time to wash your hands before engaging your customers. Last time I went, I smelled like an ashtray.

My husband goes here and usually gets a good haircut. I will not go here anymore. The last 2 times that I went, they messed up my hair. The first time I called ahead amd asked if they had worked with very long hair before and I was assured yes, I told them what I was looking for and asked again if it could be accommodated and even sent pictures, was told yes. Got there for the appointment, for Aaron colour and highlight. Left with only tones done to my hair and they still charged me. Second time I asked for a trim and had almost a foot taken off. So now I'm leary.

I showed my barber what haircut i wanted form a pic and i dont get it but also my is cut ahort before it was long i showed a pic that was pertty much a trim but they messed it up
