Can always count on this shop to have every obscure, trending product! I have been looking for these Van Holten pickles everywhere and didn’t want to pay for crazy shipping costs. Staff is always fun and informative. Make sure you sign up for the membership to receive the lower pricing.

Brought my daughter in to pick a birthday gift and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They have knowledge on the products and were able to answer all our questions. My daughter even walked out with a special birthday treat! Thanks guys, you made her day!!

Always a fun time!The customer service is out of this world!The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable and informative about the products they carry!Brittany and James both work hard to ensure every shopper has a fun and positive experience.They put a lot of effort into taking care of their store, staff, and customers.The ability to 'try it before you buy it' is also a very unique concept that you wont find in any other retail environment! Absolutely recommend this location!

Had an amazing experience with this location. Staff was superb with their customer service, really appreciate Brittany and staff here.I placed an order online for curbside pickup due to the pandemic. I ordered a number of the same items for family but it went out of stock here. Instead of cancelling outright, they' gave me a few scenarios to make it work for me and I replied with my choice. Even though I had to wait longer than expected, I still got my items. That extra step of personally reaching out and making it work for me as a customer really made me feel valued. Appreciate the efforts here, will visit/order from again.

Staff here are super personable and go above and beyond in their customer service. The manager is super professional and takes care of their store and customers. When it comes to some of the comments I’m seeing about their return policy, it’s pretty simple and makes sense. If you don’t like the policy then move on or do your research, not everyone has Walmart return policies. Yes some things are expensive.. Shocker, they also have great promotions and sales. When it comes to price it’s part of their industry in niche markets such as these products. It’s a great location and if your looking for some cool products and great staff your in the right place.

I'd give the oshawa store a zero if I could. I ordered an item for my granddaughter for her birthday in a large and the knew they had no large and shipped the smaller size yet charged the $40 extra anyway for the large . I payed for same day delivery and now they want me to bring it back for a refund , If I could have went and got it in the first place I would have but The store manager James mistake now falls onto me which isn't right .

I bought the moon light from them and it was good for about a month. The only issue then was that the charger never stayed in and the stand always kept trying to break apart causing it to fall off the stand. this went on for a week which was extremely annoying. A few days ago it stopped working entirely. I plugged it into the cord. Nothing. I pressed the remote (which was very cheaply made with some parts of it bulging). Nothing. I would not recommend buying from this store. I definitely won't.

Gadgets galore. Staff is incredible and my son and I always get something when we go. Nice location within the mall. Store is clean and always has the newest gadgets.
