Manyee Liquor Store

The owner over charges for liquor. He doesn't have any prices on any thing and will up charge like crazy. He tried to sell me a 15 pack of lucky for $45.

Dark and dingy and way overpriced. I was overcharged for what I got and the cashier wouldn't give me a receipt and couldn't really explain the cost? Will never go back.

Shelf price said 28.65 & i ended up paying $40 for a 26 of smirnoff vodka. No reciept.I called at 10:00pmto ask if they were open, a woman answered and asked how long it would take me to get there... I said about 20 minutes, she then said to call the store again once I get there and she will come down to serve me.. very strange but because it was a special occasion we decided to get some drinks. Well I got there at 10:18 the open sign was not on, and I phoned to say I was there. A man answered and came downstairs. He was wearing filthy pajamas and seemed slightly agigated. I lightheartedly asked him if I'd woken him and apologized, he said 'yes' and grunted 'what do you want.' I knew what I wanted and I looked at the price on the shelf for the bottle I wanted - 28.35 or 28.65 I don't remember the cents. I grabbed it and he actually came behind me and double checked the price sticker as I headed towards the register. He then looked at me and said 40 dollars. I said excuse me. He touched the bottle and said 40 dollars again while staring down into my wallet.. so I stupidly handed him 40$ and he rushed me out with no reciept. Can't imaginw how this guy is allowed to continue to operate.

Way over priced, 15 pack of beer 46$ crazy!!!

Worst prices i have ever seen

This is where I go when everyone else is closed in the neighbouring towns and I don’t feel like driving all the way in to Airdrie. (Although I usually choose to make the trip to Airdrie.)In a small town I always expect a markup which is understandable. And I always try to support local as best I can. That said, This place absolutely robs you. $40 for a 26oz of rum when I can go to Airdrie and get a bottle for $26. Or Irricana 5 minutes down the road for $30.It’s dark and dingy inside too. Unless I’m desperate I stay away.

A down right crook runs this place.Charged $27 for a wine that sells for $13.Do not buy anything here.Theres another liquor store in town. Go there.

But he’s the only one open all the time. I understand the price I was blown away but that’s the cost when you run out

He was asking for over $60 for 24 cans of beer when the average price in Alberta is $45.
