Eddy's Artisan Latin Bakery is Simcoe County's best kept secret. You can tell that each item offered at the shop is made with love and care. My personal recommendation is the Chilean Beef Empanada with it's flaky outside and savoury slow cooked beef on the inside. The Chilean Beef Empanada paired with a blackberry HiT is one of my dream meals. If you're in Barrie stop in at Eddy's, great value, and better food.

Excellent empanadas. This guy is Colombian and he really does a great job with making empanadas from other countries as well as pastries. Service is very friendly and if you call ahead for a larger order he can have it ready for you.
