Georgian BMW

I have had a bad service experience with this dealership. The service front desk advisors are excellent, but I am not sure what is happening in the back. My X3 broke down a year ago due to a fuel pump issue. After it was done I noticed occasional hesitancy to accelerate and it would come close to stalling. BTW, I live in Wasaga so they are not close to me. I went back and they wanted to charge me to do a diagnostic. That seemed wrong as I was only back in relation to their service work. Anyway, they found nothing. Fast forward to now. My X3 broke down again and had to be towed to Barrie. They advised me that it was just a fuse, which seemed weird. Then on a 3rd diagnostic they finally realized that it was the fuel pump-gain. Which seemed obvious to me. They had it for 3 days. When I picked it up it had a very strong gas smell. They told me that was normal and it would soon fade. I did not have a gas smell at all the first time it was done. I have bad asthma and with all the smoke in the air these days it was not much better driving home with the windows down. The gas smell is still very strong and every time I drive my vehicle I get a head-ache. I called and asked for a more thorough explanation of the cause and anything I can do short of driving back to Barrie again to mitigate it. They never got back to me and the smell is still there. Now, it is starting to show the same fuel issues - again. Am I headed for another break-down? It kills a day for me going to Barrie and back and I wish they would just pick it up, fix it and bring it back.

I have been returning to this dealership for years now (mind that I drive 70 kms to get there). Valerie is my “go to” sales associate for my purchases. She is pleasant, professional and does absolutely everything to make you feel special. I can’t imagine a better sales associate for the purchases. The service department is great as well. I trust them completely with keeping my X5Ms in great shape! If you want best service, kind people and impeccable attention to detail, Valerie and Georgian BMW is your best bet!

Absolutely hands down the best dealer I’ve ever worked with in a vehicle purchasing process. I’ve returned here twice and bought two vehicles, a 2019 440i (RIP) and now a 2018 440i M Performance Edition. All the workers involved made the vehicle purchase process super smooth and both times Val helped me out in the deals and was honestly the best salesperson I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased two others vehicles in the past in which the salesperson were also phenomenal and always provided good experiences, but Val went above and beyond. The service staff at this dealership is amazing. Craig and his team took amazing care of us as we found ourselves in early morning car trouble near Barrie. Not only did they accommodate us at such short notice to get us back on the road, but the staff, Ashley, Candace and the rest of the service advisor team were amazingly helpful and hospitable.The most appreciated gesture was that they welcomed our family dog in their service waiting room while we waited for our car to be repaired. We treat our furry friend as part of the family - the staff at this location understood this principle and this mattered a LOT to us.Thanks to the entire team here for getting us on the road again safely with amazing speed and care.

Craig and the entire service team were so helpful. We came in with a screw stuck in our tire. The shop was full and they were down staff from holidays. They fit us in and got us back on the road in 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
