Called at 11:30 on a Thursday. They called back quickly. ( Just a note, it's helpful to have all the numbers of your appliance when you talk with them) after our call they called back and said there was a serviceman in my area. By 2:30 p.m. my fridge was fixed. They explained every step of the repair along they way and gave me several if it's this" prices. Technician was very helpful. Prices very reasonable. I would definitely use/call them again."

The technician is knowledgeable, handy, experienced, quickly responsive, and fixed my dishwasher in minutes. Their charge is reasonable and transparent. I will use their service for sure.

Woke to a broken refrigerator. Called several places who told me they could not attend until the next day. Called S.V. Appliances and they told me they could be there within two hours. Vasyl showed up and had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes. He understood the urgency in getting the refrigerator working. He left and told me he would return within an hour with the part needed. Upon his return the new part was installed and my refrigerator was back up and running. We had 2 repair men look at our washing machine. The first one said it was out of his scope of repair and referred us to another guy. The other guy came and looked at it and said it’s not worth fixing. Contacted Vasyl at SV Appliance repair, after asking the symptoms he came the next morning, and found the issue right away! He came back the next morning and replaced the MCU for a very fair and reasonable price and the washer is working good as new! I am so grateful. Vasyl was our technician, and we had an amazing experience - could not have asked for anything more. He came right at the beginning of our scheduled window and was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He took the time to assess the problem, explain his solution, took great care in taking our dishwasher out to repair and putting it back in to place, and got it up and running all in less than 30 minutes. We were incredibly impressed with his expertise and how efficient he was. Hopefully, we won't have any more issues with our dishwasher, but I am grateful that we won't have to worry even if we do.
