Pedicure took less than 30 min, the color my friend and I picked was NOT what was put on our toes. We waited 10 minutes with our feet exposed and no water to soak. No exfoliating. Friend finished first and she was ushered out of her out her chair, the girl basically put her boots on to get next client in. And charged us $85. Worst customer service ever. My friend complained and she was told “it’s Christmas” with a smile. BOOOOOOO

I was shocked at the price for starters. I felt they rushed every step of my pedicure, all they did for my manicure was paint my nails. I will never go back here unless priceand service provided are far better.

Today me and a friend took a trip to Sydney and decided to get our nails done as our usual girls were booked and the friend of mine is going south next week so she wanted them done before the trip.I called ahead of time and booked.The lady on the phone sounded Very welcoming and polite.We arrived at our appointment for 12pm and we’re told to pick a color as usual. When requested to look at another swatch of colors the owner of the store rolled her eyes and spoke in her foreign language so we couldn’t understand what they were saying. Giggling and talking back and forth and everyone looking.We weren’t talked to the whole time we were in there.We wernt asked if we liked it.We wernt asked if we were comfortable.Both of our requests for simple designs were denied.After an hour and a half my nails wernt painted yet. I saw 4 different people in front of me from the time I walked in, doing bits and pieces of my nails.At the 1.45 mark I was finally Finnished and was asked if I was paying debit or cash. The only two words spoken to me.I said cash. She hauls out the calculator and turns it to me to say $109.00.I regularly get my nails done and usually have designs or accent nails. And have never payed more then $80.They were rude. They were unappreciative of us being there and never even said have a nice day when we left.My nails have never hurt so bad in my life.If my nails were that much for just a plain color I’d hate to know what the poor girls next to me cost her.The women behind me at the pedicure stations were shocked at the $80 they were charged for a plain coloured pedi as well.I am very unsatisfied and disgusted with how this place is treating people and what they’re charging after no price list being listed and not being told beforehand.On their Facebook page it said how they were coming up with a price list to better suit their customers and that they have decreased prices so they can help their customers out in anyway they can. I figured we would give them a try seeing the nice pictures that were posted.After looking this place up after the fact I then see all the reviews posted about it and they all have had the same experience.Sad that in 2023 women feel the need to treat other women this way.100% DO NOT RECCOMEND.

They are very busy and at times when I can wander in to mall they fit Me in. They are passionate towards Me Veteran PTS abd We always get a Giggle in. ❤️

Thieves. Total thieves. I had my nails done Wednesday, it cost $60, which is a bit pricey but not ludicrous. I sent my 12 year old daughter to get her nails done Friday and suddenly the price changed to $130. Manicurist claimed it was because a jewel was added. Last time I checked those jewels are made of cheap plastic and not actual diamonds, so an $80 upcharge is nothing but extortion. Also, my daughter was not advised of the significant markup until it was time to pay. Do NOT use this business if you don’t want to be robbed!

I’ve been getting my nails done here since I was 15 years old I’m 25 now.. since I was 15 I would spend like $50 on a basic white French tip as I think is a good normal price and had great service here.. up to until yesterday as I would not be ever going back to get my nails done. I asked for short white nails simple basic colour and was told the price would be $100 at the end when was supposed to pay as I refused the price and Lisa her self getting mad at me and yelling at me because I refused to spend $100… I don’t recommend anyone to get there nails done if your willing to pay $100 on basic one colour nails

Incredibly unprofessional, charged me and my sister 130$ each for a fill! When we went back with our dad for a refund they turned to me and started arguing with me (a 17 year old female) and told me to not come back if I say ok to a price. Will never go again and do not recommend. Takes advantage of young girls

DO NOT BUY GIFTCARDS. My mother bought me $100 gift card for Christmas. Before going in she asked me to show her the gift card which I did. After showing her she told me they would be $115 plus tax. I got blue French tip gels and they charged me $115 plus tax. I’ve had my nails done multiple times here and I was never charged this much. I’m convinced she over charged because she knew I had a gift card. When I questioned why they were so much she said it was because I got coloured French?? A regular French manicure is $65 plus tax here but because I got blue she charged me an extra $50?? The base colour she chose was also terrible for a French tip manicure. Was certainly not worth the $132 considering the service was not good either. Don’t waste your time or money here they don’t care about their customers they only care about $$.

The girl was friendly and did good work but OMG what the hell are we being charged 70.00 plus tax so 80.00 for a pedicure. Absolutely disgusting!!

Went here back in December, was charged $70 dollars for a pedicure that took less then minutes. I brought my brother with me and was charged the same amount for his pedicure even though I had gel and he had regular polish. This place is a scam. Much better places at better prices to get your nails done. Don't waste your money here!!!
