Foot Locker

I was in town from the lower mainland looked them up last night to see their hours so decided to read a few reviews. Many complaining about poor service. A little confused… the gentleman working this morning was stocking and working behind the till he immediately stopped to greet us, I showed him a couple shoes that I found in Surrey which I could not find locally. He explained they didn’t have them and was more than helpful about the style and which ones would he suited for my purpose. Great experience for us here today well done to the team!

Ren at the Orchard Park Foot Locker was so helpful. I came in 3 times and he was great each visit. His customer service was fantastic. He was excellent with the knowledge of sizes and colours available in the Timberland boots that I wanted - in store and online. Thank you Ren! I love my boots!!

December 4th I went to buy my daughter shoes and the young man that helped me was super great but then stood in line to pay... after 8 minutes of waiting the line was so long and I asked the women if she could open the second till and she ignored me. The young man who helped me asked the manager and he said no. The lady was so slow and rude that everyone in the line left including me. Foot locker lost alot of business today as I saw a dozen people put their stuff back and left. I don't think I will be going back any time and they don't even deserve one star! Foot locker, some of the staff need to go!!!

My 13 year old used her $ from her Birthday to buy Airforce Ones. After 30 days the stitching was coming apart. W brought them into the store and they replaced them with brand new ones no questions asked. Great customer service

I was in store yesterday with my bf. We placed 2 pairs of shoes on order to be shipped to the store, because they don't have our sizes.The African girl helped us when we were trying different sizes. My bf asked for a size US10, and she brought us 10 1/2. We then had to tell her if she could find US10 in another colour so we can at least figure out the best size before we place an order. Her lack of problem solving made us feel unsure of her ability. When we went to place an order and pay, she charged us for both pairs of shoes but only ordered 1 pair to be shipped to the store. Luckily, I checked our receipts via email thoroughly and called the store today to double check on our order. I hope that her manager will let her know what she did wrong so she can learn from it and improve.

The experience was amazing!! There was such a wide variety of shoes all around the store to choose from and they even put my boots on hold for us while we went shopping so we could pick them up later. Even though it was very busy the staff were friendly and helpful.

No one greeted me as I walked in. When I finally found shoes I approached the desk where the employees were just talking to each other. I said “May I” and waited till he ended his conversation and asked if they had any other colors. He said no & continued on his conversation without asking if I needed any other help. I left.
