Actually NO stars here! Most unhelpful front staff: told me I should already have a PIN for my account, then gave me a wrong PIN, and then ignored me when I showed up to get the correct one a couple days later. Worst of all, they LOST the BLOOD WORK results or worse -- put the wrong label on! Just avoid this location.

My experience here was excellent! Julie who was at the front desk, was so nice, and patient with everyone. It’s so nice that the first person you talk to is bubbly and friendly . It helps you to relax. Zizza, who took my blood was so nice and friendly. It was a positive and relaxing atmosphere. I will come here from now on to do my bloodwork.

Went in for a blood test today, and the service was excellent. I went right at opening and there were already people inside, must have opened the doors a bit early, then they actually started the tests at opening time. Which is great! No wasted time at all. There were maybe 8 people in front of me and it all went pretty darn quick. On top of that the staff were super nice and helpful. I drive a bit further to go to this location, it's worth it

I never have great experiences giving blood due to my tricky veins and phlebotomists getting frustrated with me until today. I wish I got their name to personalize this more but they were so patient and kind and gentle with me. So appreciative , thank you!Will be back,I walked in, told them I checked in online and I got taken right away!

three stars for efficiency and a not long waiting period, however the woman at the front desk has been unkind to me on more than one occasion. even shoo'd me off one time when i arrived on a day i was unaware they close early.

When asking for clarification on the use of a stool sample kit and how to collect it, i was basically told nobody struggles with this, and to get creative. I found that answer to be both useless and insulting. Also it felt like she was afraid to use words like poo or stool sample, so it felt very unprofessional. She shouldn't be dancing around the words in a medical setting.

I am not someone who enjoys, nor feels neutral about, blood work, but the technician I saw here was AMAZING. She knew immediately that I was anxious and she was supportive, non-judgmental, and friendly. She definitely made me feel at ease. This location was also very clean and open and airy. I definitely recommend this location, especially if you're close!
