I have been taking a Pilates class with Kelsey for almost two semesters, and it has been an absolute blast! She has a unique teaching style that combines creativity, humour, and high energy to create a fun and engaging class experience.Throughout the class, she keeps us laughing and motivated. However, don't get me wrong, please. Behind her humour is a highly skilled Pilates instructor who knows how to challenge and push her students to their limits.Overall, I would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone looking for a Pilates class that is not only effective but also fun. Her unique teaching style is sure to leave you feeling energized, inspired, and wanting more!

Robyn was very thorough in my assessment and spent a lot of time asking about my pain/ history and examining my neck and shoulders. This didn’t take away though from the time she spent treating me in fact she went over time to make sure I got the best treatment. She was caring and empathetic throughout and always made sure I was ok with what she was doing. I would recommend Robyn to anyone. Thanks again.

I have dealt with Shelbourne Physiotherapy on and off since 2015. I always requested Nicole Gill as I feel she's very good at her profession. She listens to the issues u are having with shoulder knee etc.

Alta for physio first and she got my feeling fresh asl then went upstairs to Jessica for a massage and I’m renewed and refreshed feel like I could beat a grizzly with my right hand tied behind my back (I had a left shoulder issue hence the physio). Will be back eventually and if I lose the fight to the grizzly it’ll be sooner rather than later.

After 2 and one half years of therapy by Tegan,Jessica, Shannon, and Alta, I have progressed to the point where I have received a settlement from ICBC. I do wish to thank the above very talented ladies for their encouragement, expertise, and kindness. Wonderful human beings, all of you. I shall miss you all so much. You have brought me around so I can function again.God bless you!I heartally recommend all the wonderful staff at Shelbourne Physiotherapy including the very pleasant and efficient staff at reception. Worked with Michael at Shelbourne's Physiotherapy clinic today. First assessment was done today and I overall have a great feeling about the clinic and physiotherapist. The minute I walked into the clinic I was greeted with a kind receptionist and all thought the visit I had great service. Highly recommend!
