Tiny but what they do carry is of excellent quality and value. Bigger stores don't really care what they sell you as long as they sell you something. These guys seem to love what they do and seem to be genuinely concerned about having you walk out with a good playable instrument that's appropriate for your current skill level.

I was interested in a guitar they had for sale, and inquired how I could try it out even though there was a COVID19 lockdown. I don't live far away, so Danielle offered to drop off the guitar and let me try it out while she did some errands. I would highly recommend checking out the store. They have a nice selection of instruments and pretty fantastic service!

I placed an order for an item yesterday from Toronto. Danielle was very friendly and helpful. She packaged it up the same day and, incredibly, I have the item next day! Super efficient and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended.

A tiny selection of stuff, but if you’re a guitarist I would recommend checking it out! Staff is very kind and there’s a really cute dog there. I just wish they carried a bigger variety, or had a name that indicated it really only caters to guitarists.

Such friendly and helpful people working here. I stopped by one day to check it out, and found out that they sell mostly Seagull/Godin guitars which are some of my favorite brands. I stayed a while and tested out some of the guitars on the wall, and I got to meet Blackhawk" the super friendly shop dog."

Fantastic store! They specialize mainly in Godin products with tons of Seagull, Art and Luthier, Simon and Patrick and even a few Norman guitars. Really great service. Highly recommend.

Shopped at a very large chain in the far east end of town on a Friday evening, looking for a 12 string. Played 3 or 4 guitars, equal to, and 2 to 4 times the cost of the Seagull I purchased from Danielle at Metro Music.The store carried the Seagull brand, but was out of stock, and I am very glad they were, no complaints about their good service though. Following the recommendation of a friend, who previous purchased 2 guitars from Metro Music, I called them. Danielle invited me to come to to her store that evening even if I did not make it before closing...as she was giving lessons Friday night.Danielle really cares about her products and her customers and has very good prices, which appear to be slightly less, at least no more, than the larger chain. In addition to throwing in a new set of stings, she took the time to put on while I was driving to her store, also threw in an humidifier and included a couple complimentary free post purchase maintenance check-ups. After that, continued on to read me the riot act" on the care of the guitar

I just purchased a new Seagull guitar from Metro Music and I have to say it was the most enjoyable instrument purchasing experience I have had! Danielle was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful (and there was a cute dog!). They have a good selection of Canadian made guitars with a variety of shapes, wood, electronics, and strings (6/12).Will definitely be back for my guitar/mandolin needs!

I have been there twice since I found this place, Metro Music has a great selection of Seagull guitars, and accessories. Danielle was such a lovely lady, the day I called her to ask for guitar informations, she suggested me to come to the store and try the guitars myself and I did. She was really patient and considerate, I have got many useful information about the sizes of guitar, playing postures, etc. We really took time to try different size of guitars.
