Excellent camp for kids!!! Our daughter absolutely loved it there they have great activities awsome staff and my daughter said the food was the best!!! We will be bringing her again next year and every year until she ages out and then we want her to become Crew. We highly recommend this camp to all parents looking for a fun safe place for the kids to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy life without screen time! When you pick your kiddos up after 5 nights they won't wanna go!! CAMP PRINGLE YOU ROCK AND A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND CREW FOR MAKING THIS CAM AWESOME.

Quite possibly the worst food I have ever eaten, first day we where served a soup which seemed to be made from milk, oil, and sausage alone. One might expect that they would skimp on quality to give quantity but this camp lacked both, throughout the cabins the repeating sentiment was hunger. Some nights we where served crackers and cheese as dinner. I am convinced this camp is a cult.

Attended a camp the other week. There was just under one hundred of us. The place is nice, clean and there are lots of amenities but the food which is equally important was not good at all. On a Friday night we were served a chicken meal. This was their best attempt all weekend because it was chicken but the chicken had to be sent back because it was not cooked. Lunch the following day was potatoes and bacon, dinner was spicy ground beef and frozen veggies with twice the amount of potatoes, the next morning was hard boiled eggs and the cheapest sausages you could buy. They put cookie trays of white bread in the oven and then served it as toast. It was not brown but dry and cold by the time it was served. The lunch was a sausage soup. At no time did you smell meals-a-making. Could have chosen a bit older kitchen staff, these boys did not look to be enjoying the process. Oh yeah... almost forgot... there was grit still in the broccoli and carrots were not pealed, buns were not warm, cut or buttered. Butter was hard from the fridge set out on the self serve table.

Great venue for a wedding that hosted guests of all ages. The facilities were all in top shape and kitchen and activity staff were approachable and fun. I can only imagine how much more fun it would be to attend camp here as a kid!

If you want staff that sets 930 appointments and then flakes on them. This is your place!I'm sure the camp is fine, but I would stay clear for all wedding and group related activities. The staff were far from helpful, they weren't even here.

I attended this camp when I was 12. I was verbally and emotionally abused by one of the camp counselors. He was just a guy off the street that they brought in to serve as our cabin leader. He didn’t have a home so the camp served as a place to hang out. I remember he taught us to throw knives.

My granddaughter loved this place. Only four stars because the water broke and they had to pump water on their toothbrushes from a jug of water. Although, I do recommend it because it's really rare for that to happen every single week. If your kids love getting up early and spending time with new friends, this is the best place ever. Even if they don't like those things.

We hosted our wedding here for 125 guests in September 2019. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The accommodations are comfortable and clean. The coordinator Claire was excellent and went above and beyond for us on many occasions. We were blown away by her capacity to remain transparent in her communication and her ability to navigate boomerangs with ease. The chef Duncan and his team lovingly prepared roast beef and vegetarian curry for our guests and people we raving about the food! The groundskeeper Dan is an exceptional human being and was so quick to help and be available. The activities were top notch - our guests are still raving about their experience. We heard from so many folks this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and this is in large part due to the team at Camp Pringle. It is obvious they all care deeply about this facility, their work, and each other. I knew this would be a memorable weekend but I never expected to be so positively impacted by the staff at Camp Pringle. We sincerely appreciate the attention, care, and time spent on helping us make this an unforgettable weekend for us and our guests. We highly recommend this venue and the team at Camp Pringle for a wedding destination.

Just found out today that a little one-room shed out at this Camp is the oldest building in shawnigan Lake. It didn't look very old but I imagine they repainted it a few times in the last hundred or so years. Everyone there that I have met seems really friendly and all I ever hear is children's laughter so I don't think it's like one of those camps from a horror movie where a guy comes out with a hockey mask on and starts picking kids off one by one. All in all as a parent I think I would let my kids stay there and then I would secretly take a vacation somewhere like Mexico
