Sunglass Hut

Worth customer service ever, rude staff, I went here for a minor adjustment on the sunglasses I bought from them and they told me they wouldn't repair it and suggested I go to other shops. While Costco did it for free and easily.

I had an excellent experience today. Richard at the Metropolis at Metrotown location in Burnaby BC Canada was Exceptional. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He provided the type of customer service you hope for and the store was constantly busy.

I attempted to return the glasses I had purchased, but encountered an employee with distinct characteristics: a bald individual who spoke rapidly and appeared somewhat overweight. To my disappointment, this employee informed me that due to a minuscule spot on the lens, they were unable to accept the return. In an effort to gather further evidence, we approached 4-5 other customers within the store, none of whom were able to locate the aforementioned spot. Despite this, the employee remained resolute in refusing the return. Frustratingly, the employee abruptly made a call to another branch situated in Metrotown, requesting assistance in denying my return. Determined to resolve the matter, I proceeded to the other branch, only to encounter an employee who seemed unfamiliar with the specifics conveyed by their colleague over the phone. They erroneously identified a different area on the glasses as the focal point of concern, leaving me astounded by their lack of competence and accountability. Regrettably, my attempts to return the glasses were unsuccessful.

The Metrotown store provided is with good customer service and left us feeling like we made a good investment in sunglasses. They have an exceptional collection to choose from.

I bought sunglasses at the metrotown location the other day and had the nicest sales person (Richard) help me. I was very indecisive and tried on a ton of glasses. Richard had great input on which suited me - I have already gotten so many compliments on them. Super happy and will definitely be back!

Noah did a excellent job helping me with my sunglasses selection. Took his time answered every question I had. I would certainly recommend you look for Noah at the Sunglass Hut, next time your looking to get sunglasses!

Came here to do a return, 2 weeks in a row they couldn’t do it. Keeps on asking us to come back another day. Directed us to the other location in the mall and they were closed. Same as last week. Don’t buy from this establishment. It’s incredibly unprofessional and the fact that you can purchase an item but not return it is very suspect. They also tried not to take the return by saying it’s passed the return date. 2 weeks in a row no manager to speak to.

The sales associate at Metrotown was really knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and efficient. I felt super comfortable with them. Great hire and great experience!

Amazing experience when I flew back home to visit! I had somewhat of an idea of what I was looking for, and the associates working there were super knowledgeable and helpful. They brought me similar looks to what I was looking for in different brands and different price points. They gave me their honest opinions and I did not feel like I was just another sale to them. They took their time with me but also did not overcrowd me or pressure me into anything.Would 100% go back to get another pair when I need one! Super friendly environment while maintaining professionalism!
