We were here at 253pm on may 13/23.There was an older gentleman in his 70's early 80's making our drinks. We did not get what we ordered and refused to make some of the drinks we wanted.By far the worst experience at booster juice so far.

Really tasty drinks and friendly service. Notice that when you add boosters your drink might change flavour a little bit and even the colour. (Both drinks in photo are piña coladas but one with wilderness booster). Both were yummy though.

Owner / manager is terrible with both customers and staff. Rude with no patience to customers (been there a few times, same treatment). I was in there today and the poor young girl was working alone with a non-stop line up of people. No help, no breaks. I get that it is hard to find staff - then adjust your hours to close mid day so the staff can get a break to eat or use the bathroom. The worker was sweet and trying her best; not her fault the owner doesn’t hire more help or adjust his business.

Owner cheaps out on ingredients for sure. Keep an eye on how much ice they're adding. Do they water down the juice too? Half of the fresh ingredients are usually out anyway. I got a smoothie handed to me after I ordered a juice. Was told that's how they tell me to make it" by a dude in long hair. Being out of the fresh ingredients I wanted

Come for the smoothies, stay for the conversation! The owner was so kind and lovely to talk to, smoothies were delicious, and an overall good experience. We will be back next time we're in Duncan!

I keep having the same issues with the same employee. The drinks I order are NEVER made correctly. And telling the guy doesn't make a difference. My ripped berry is way way too thin, and has next to no fruit in it. This guy needs to be trained again or fired. Don't waste your time or money coming here if the older guy is the one making the drinks, you won't leave happy.

Great service and the owner of this location always does extras for everyone. The have a new location at Trunk Road beside the Scotia Bank. There were lineups lately.

The owner is one of the nastiest people I’ve ever encountered. Screams at his employees and his customers. Straight up narcissist. Vote with your dollar and don’t support this awful human.
