Mike was wonderful. He worked hard and went above and beyond with the installation of our new water softener. We have a very tight space for our water softener and he made sure things were placed neatly out of the way. I tried to make it how I would want it if this was my house." He definitely cares about his work. In addition he was extremely kind to my 3 grandchildren while he was here. We were kind of sad to see him leave! :) Thank you Mike!"

We were having A/C installed and we’re the first customer of the day. Robert and Jake were here on time. They were professional, courteous and friendly. Robert kept us informed every step of the way. They were very neat and clean with their work. We highly recommend them as a team.We have used Air Mechanical to put in our furnace and for repairs on other things. We have been very happy with the caliber of people who have come here.

I have been having issues with my AC Unit and my house was up to 83° for about a week, Chris Arneson my technician did a phenomenal job. He completed the service today, 5-31, was in and out in no time, super helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He made sure everything was working before he left and also made sure I understood and was happy. You can tell he loves what he does and more importantly puts the customer first. Highly recommend him and Air Mechanical for any of your home needs!

Mike was prompt and very informative on this emergency service call for us. Our A/C was out… and with heat and atmospheric smoke affecting my wife’s asthma, we needed answers! Mike did the diagnostic, pulling the unit, inspecting it with care and providing good explanation, uncovering the root problem. Unfortunately, our unit is beyond service help due to poor design of the unit’s manufacturing spec., (that’s not Mike’s fault) but now we know, and we’ll be doing the replacement dance!Update - 4 days later:New replacement P-tac unit installed. David and Kyle arrived on time and swapped the old unit out and fit the new unit in its place. We have it running now … so quiet and nice. Very impressed with Air Mechanical and glad to have their team on top of this job!

Thank you to Air Mechanical and Andrew for their time and attention to our problem. The company I called prior to calling them said they would and could not address the problem. A large diameter plastic cup with a handle had gone down the pipe running 8 feet 10 inches to a bend in the pipe at the main floor that was visible from the attic floor. We use chicken wire to keep small items from going down the pipe, and it had been removed for cleaning. We tried using some roof rake sections with duct tape at the end to extract the item, but it was so large it dislodged half way up. We then tried a 3 hp and then 5 hp indoor outdoor vacuum with multiple arms" taped together which hit a large wine goblet behind us which flew into the pipe. We call this our Three Stooges moment. We were able to extract the wine goblet with the 5 hp vacuum and duct tape

Great experience! We had a bad leaking faucet and multiple leaks in the piping under the sink. Mike was knowledgeable of the job, explained different price options and got the job done quick! He was amazing with my 2 young boys who were very intrigued with what he was doing. Thank you Mike!

William did a wonderful job. We had a drain that needed to be cleaned. He was punctual, knowledgeable & very thorough. Very personable. I would highly recommend Air Mechanical. Tammy with Customer Service was wonderful too. I called on a Sunday & got an immediate response.

Mike W. was the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure to have in our home. He was very understanding with our needs and provided the accommodations we requested. He did an excellent job and was an outstanding communicator letting us know exactly what he was doing and explained why he needed to do it. He is exceptional!! We will only be having Air Mechanical in our house from now on.

Carter was great! Showed up at 7 am like he said he would and finished up our work! Very polite young man and did quality job! And I’m the son of a plumber so I judge them harder
